'The' or 'Two' will make it too specific. As wrote before, it is uncountable.
So, there are only two options left, 'A' or 'An'.
As the word has a sound of vowel, 'An' will be used.
Hence, it's option B., 'An'.
Just for your information,
It is not compulsary 'a/an' will never be used before uncountable noun.
Ex:The sand was bright pink, not a sand I'm familiar with.
Here sand is uncountable, but still 'a' is used.
