No, told will not come
They told him that they shall visit his house tomorrow
Beside sin the option(d) although "Told" is used but the option includes "might" which negates the firm assertion.

The sound of "Shall" indicate firm assertion.
The sound of "Might" doesn't indicate that assertion.
Thus the correct answer is
(a) i..e that they would visit his house the next day.
