why we can't use turn down..

B) Change
C) Scale
D) Turn 
Solution:
Ans: (c) Out of the given options, only 'scale' is the one that fits the blank well. 'To scale down' means 'to reduce proportionally'. No other option makes sense here.

Dear Student,

Turn means to move in a circle around a fixed point or line.

Scale is the relation between the real size of something and its size on a map, model, or diagram.

Here turn doesn't make any sense. Scale is the appropriate word for this sentence.
