PROBLEM IN UNDERSTANDING THE SOLUTION (Question: 465830.0 )

The given solution says that in all other pairs the second number is formed by rearranging the digits of the first number in ascending order ..

However the second number in most of the options does not contain the same digits as given in the first number...
Plz correct me n give a detailed explanation of the question in case I am wrong in interpreting the solution

Options:

Solution:

Ans: (d)

In all other pairs, second number is obtained by arranging the digits of the first number in a descending order and option (d) is not following the pattern.
