Okay, when it is used as a verb then, why will It not be "practises" in place of "practices" because the world "practice" is a noun....isn't it?

but we follow UK standard according to that "practise' is verb and "practice" is noun...same as "COLOUR" not "COLOR."

Dear Student,
practices is also a verb. its US spelling of practises.
