Ans: (d) Ratio of the principle and the amount = 10 : 12

A = P (1 + RT/100)

A/P= ( 1 + R*1/100)

12/10=1+R/100
2/10=1/5=R/100

R= 20%

Hi Prabhu,

Let, principal = 10 x and amount = 12 x
then, SI = 2 x
then put the formula being explained in the solution.
