DIRECTIONS: In the following questions, a sentence has been given in Active/Passive Voice. Out of the four alternatives suggested, select the one which best expresses the same sentence in Passive/Active Voice.


It is impossible to do this.

Options:
A) Doing this was impossible
B) This is impossible to be done
C) This must not be done
D) This can't be done
Solution:

yes...earlier they have mentioned option D as correct

It is impossible to do this.
When converted into the passive/active voice
becomes,
This is impossible to be done.
we may also use the sentence
"This was impossible to be done"
But was is only used to indicate the past tense..thus if we use was we are hinting that....this was impossible before but it may/maynot be possible in after, thus creating an ambiguity.
