The given answer is correct.

Theorem says that the Angle subtended by the arc at the center is twice at any other point on remaining part of the circle.
From here , x= 60/2 = 30 degree

And ACBD is a quadrilateral with all the sides touching the circle, therefore opposite angles will have a sum of 180 degree.
x+y=180
30+y=180
y=150

Asked ratio is angle at bigger to angle at smaller arc, therefore x:y
=30:150
= 1:5
