Why can’t we solve by putting x=0

Question:
\(\left ( \cfrac {1-cos\ 2x}{1+ cos\ 2x} \right )\) is equal to
Options:
A) sin2 x
B) cos2 x
C)  tanx
D) cot2 x

because sin 0 is 0 so as tan 0
