Question:
DIRECTIONS: In the following question, some part of the sentence may have errors. Find out which part of the sentence has an error and select the appropriate option. If a sentence is free from error, select 'No Error'.
They intended to informed me (a)/ about the alumni meet (b)/ but I was not on social media. (c)/ No error (d)
Options:
A)

(a)

B) (b)
C) (c)
D) (d)
Solution:
Intended is in past form so INFORM should be there in first form of verb.Intended is the verb of the sentence and intended is the infinitive (preceded by to). The infinitives take the base form of the verb.

Thus, option A is correct.

Dear Student,
We can't use both intended and informed together.
As intended is a past form so inform will be used.

Thanks and Regards
