option D is correct bcoz that is used in interrogative sentence which are started with h.v.

Question:
DIRECTIONS: In the following question, a sentence has been given in Direct/Indirect speech. Out of the four alternatives suggested, select the one which best express the same sentence in Indirect/Direct.

The old man asked me, "Do you know the way to the airport?"

Options:
A) The old man asked me if I did know the way to the airport
B) The old man asked me if I knew the way to the airport 
C) The old man asked me if he knew the way to the airport 
D) The old man asked me that if I knew the way to the airport
Solution:
The correct sentence would be - The old man asked me if I knew the way to the airport. For questions it will be IF instead of THAT.

sorry guys B is right. i m wrong . IN this test series there are a lot of errors so is baar sahi bhi wrong dikh gya..........so sorry
