As Option 1 and 2 are not contradicatory and both of them can individually give the info to calculate the distance. so I think BOTH are implicit

How far is Ram from the starting point and in which direction?

I.Ram goes 5 km towards east then 2 km left, 10 km right and finally goes 2 km right and stops.

II.Ram goes 2 km towards east, then 2 km right, 13 km left and finally goes 2 km left and stops.

Options:
A) Neither I nor II is sufficient.
B) Only either I or II is sufficient.
C) Only II is sufficient
D) Both are sufficient
