Not understood (Question: 248816.0 )

Where did that 13 came?and how we have obtained the solution??please can some one explain in detail??I guess GOD cannot understand this solution.

Question:
One day, at 7 a.m. Rohan started on his bike at the speed of 36 Km/h to meet his relatives. After he had travelled some distance, his bike went out of order and had to stop. After resting for 35 minutes, he returned home on foot at a speed of 14 Km/h and reached home at 1 p.m. Find the distance from his house at which bike broke down.

A) 54 Km 
B) 48.4 Km 
C) 54.6 Km 
D) 63 Km
