How is 'due to these reasons' wrong?

Question:

DIRECTIONS: In the given questions a part of the sentence is in bold. Below are given alternatives to the bold part at (a), (b), (c) and (d) which may improve the sentence. Choose the correct alternative.

Due to these reasons we are all in favour of universal compulsory education.

Options:
A)

Due to the reasons

B)

For these reasons

C)

By these reasons

D)

No improvement

Solution:

Ans: (b) Option (B) improves the sentence. We don't start a sentence with 'due to' because due is an adjective. Here 'for this reasons' is correct or 'Because of these reasons'.
