Dear Student
as it's not specified that the integers must be distinct we may take some integers as identical
If we assign a non integral identical value to each one as 7.5
so for satisfying the given equation of a+b+c+d=30
Thus taking integral values slightly close to that of non-integral identical value
7,7,8,8
Now Substituting these values in the given question
(a-b)^2+(a-c)^2+(a-d)^2=2
This is a tricky though beautiful question
