some foxex are man & all foxes being man is possible case. therefore ambiguity is here and we can not be sure of one.
in other case also same is true

Statements:

Some men are lions.

All foxes are lions.

that is what question asks....about what ,you can not be sure i.e. what are the conclusions which necessarily follows that you can draw out of statements.(you need to study rule of minimum encroachment in syllogism). solution is right.
