as QC is a median it will bisect MN in 2 equal parts
i.e. MQ=QN=a
as MP is a median on NO, it will bisect NO in two equal parts
i.e. NP=NO=b
1. Considering Triangle MNO
mo^2=mn^2+no^2
400=(2a)^2+(2b)^2
a^2+b^2=10^2
So, the possible value of a and b are (6,8) or (8,6)
Taking a=8 and b=6
Now, Taking triangle MPN
MP^2=NP^2+MN^2
MP^2=(16)^2+(6)^2
MP^2=292...............(1)
nOW, taking triangle QNO,
QO^2=QN^2+NO^2
QO^2=(8)^2+(12)^2
QO^2=208.................(2)
nOW, ADDING (1) AND (2)
=500
