need more clarity (Question: 204808.0 )

can anyone explain me how to get those values in simple terms..

Question:
DIRECTIONS : In the matrices a letter can be represented first by its row number and followed by its column number. For example, A is represented by 12, 24; and R by 57, 76, etc. In each of the following matrices, identify one set of number pairs out of (1), (2), (3) and (4) which represents the given word.

Now verify given options
In option D, I=42not suitable delete it, option B, L=41not suitable delete it,
Option C, L=95 not suitable delete it. Now answer is option is A.
