cost of generation of power will increase with the increment of load factor
When the processing load increases it requires more maintenance and care to process that load and accordingly generate expected amount of fuel.
Diversity factor is directly proportional to Load applied and the Maximum Load
Thus the diversity factor is always less than the unity
Thus Diversity factor also increases while increasing load.
For example you have a wagon that can bear a certain load and I kept an additional load of "x " kg's on it. And the capacity of the load bearer is not altered. So thus more power and time and labor will be required to drag the load (additional load included)
