add the number in each small square :
3+2=5
5+7=12
7+12=19
11+15=26
Difference for each of these sum is 7. Hence 12 can be the answer.

Question:
What comes in place of question mark?

Options:
A) 5
B) 12
C) 13
D) 11
Solution:

As,

3 is diagonally opposite to 7

pattern is (3\(\times\)2)+1 = 7

similarly with 7 and 15, 5 and 11,2 and (?)
