More easy method (Question: 189734.0 )

let p,q be the early and late time i.e 6 mins and 5 mins,
and v and u be the speeds i.e 30 km/h and 24 km/h

now,

distance D=((p+q)*u*v)/(v-u)

i.e

D=((5/60+6/60)*30*24)/(30-24)

=22km

Question:
Shri X goes to his office by scooter at a speed of 30 km/hr and reaches 6 minutes earlier. If he goes at a speed of 24 km/hr, he reaches 5 minutes late. The distance to his office is  –

A) 20 km
B) 21 km
C) 22 km
D) 24 km
