may i know why i a NOT ABLE TO OPEN MY PACKAGES (Question: 233458.0 )

I HAVE BOUGHT A COMBO PACKAGE OF SSC CGL TIER 2 OF RS 459...2 DAYS ARE LEFT FOR PAPER BUT STILL I M STUGGLING TO FIND MY PACKAGE..DIS Z UR WAY OF HELPING STUDNTS
