How it is solved pls share

Question:
DIRECTIONS : A word is represented by only one set of numbers as given in any one of the alternatives. The sets of numbers given in the alternatives are represented by two classes of alphabets as in the two matrices given below. The columns and rows of Matrix I are numbered from O to 4 and that of Matrix II are numbered from 5 to 9. A letter from these matrices can be represented first by its row and next by its column, e.g. "T" can be represented by 31, 76 etc. and "S" can be represented by 14, 99, etc. Similarly, you have to identify the set for the word 'GOVERN'.

Options:
A) 59, 89, 67, 22, 98, 21
B) 13, 78, 01, 67, 55, 79
C) 59, 11, 56, 22, 44, 65
D) 00, 11, 56, 02, 10, 58
Solution:
Ans: (a) G = 00, 13, 59

O = 11, 30, 57, 78, 89

V = 01, 67

E = 02, 22, 43, 56, 68, 85

R = 10, 55, 98

N = 12, 21, 40, 58, 65, 79, 95

Dear student
Please read the direction of this question
carefully,here you have to find the given word
hidden in the Matrix I & II.First go through
the options and check whether the digits given
in the option are matching word by word.
For example-
Take option (a) in consideration
i.e. 59,89,67,22,98,21
Take 59,Check if 5th row of Matrix ll
and 9th column of Matrix ll are matching
with the first letter of the given word -G.
and so on.
