ans will be 1200 beacuse a meter contain 100 cm you write 160 instead of 1600

Question:
A rectangular box measures internally 1.6 m long, 1 m broad and 60 cm deep. The number of cubical block each of edge 20 cm that can be packed inside the box is:
Options:
A) 60
B) 53
C) 30
D) 120
Solution:
Ans: (d)

Volume of rectangular box = 160 x 100 x 60 cm3

and volume of one cubical block = 20 x 20 x 20 cm3

\(\therefore\) Required number of cubical block = \(\cfrac{160\times100\times60}{20\times20\times20}\)     = 120 blocks

Dear Student, We have changed m to cm by multiplying 100. 1.6 m = 1.6*100 = 160 cm . Thanks and Regards Team TR
