Question:
Two poles of equal heights are standing opposite to each other on either side of a road which is 150 m wide. From a point between them on the road, the angles of elevation of their tops are 30º and 60º. Then height of each pole in metres, is –

A) 37.5\(\sqrt{3}\)
B) 25 \(\sqrt{3}\)
C) 28 \(\sqrt{3}\)
D) 30 \(\sqrt{3}\)

Dear Student,
by short trick,

√3 +1/√3 = 150
4/√3 = 150
1= (150 ×√3)/4
= (75 √3)/2
=37.5√3
