How come a glass have only one diameter? If it so, how can it rest on the surface..In the question please replace "glass" by mere"cone"

Question:

Assume a drop of water is spherical and its diameter is \(\cfrac{1}{10}\) cm. A conical glass is such that its height is equal to diameter of its rim. If 32,000 drop can completely fill the glass, then find the height of the glass.

Options:
A) 1 cm
B) 2 cm
C) 3 cm
D) 4 cm
Solution:
Ans: (d)

Let diameter of glass be 2x. Then,

Volume of 32000 water drops = Volume of conical glass

\(\therefore\) Height of glass = 2x = 2 × 2 = 4 cm
