why such an answer ??
how do we know that they have not arranged the lectures, and they WILL arrange ???
maybe they have made the arrangements but would be held after somedays

Solution:

Ans: Use ‘will be’ in place of ‘have been’.

it should be 'has been' instead of 'have been' cause 'a series of lectures' is singular... i think so....anyway C option is correct
