As per option b> if we convert it into direct speech. Then we get The lady said that "Her son live long life and prosperity".
There are small mistakes in option b
1. exact word is prosper, how it can be changed to prosperity.
2. Conversion of may into might.
3.son's is incorrect. son is to be used.

So as per Narration rules option c is absolutely correct.
and if in your opinion option b is correct. Kindly explain why option c is incorrect.
