In the question it is '.... right angled at Q' but what are you showing in the solution?

Question:

PQR is a right angled triangle at Q where PQ = 6 cm and QR = 8 cm. Semicircles are drawn (outside the triangle) on PQ, QR and PR as diameters which encloses areas of x, y and z square units respectively. What is x + y – z equal to?

Options:
A)

48 cm2

B)

32 cm2

C)

D)

None of these

and PR = 8cm but you have taken QR as 8cm!!
