a+b(Sqrt of 6) should be the question

If a and b are rational numbers then in the equation \(\cfrac{\sqrt{3}+\sqrt{2}}{\sqrt{3}-\sqrt{2}}\ \ =a+b\sqrt{6}\), the value of a and b are
