how can we assume the ratio of deepak and pankaj u said only about the start give, u are often derive data out of thin air

Question:
In a 5 Km race, Hemant wins by 500 metres over Deepak, while Deepak can give a start of 200 metres to Pankaj in a 1 Km race. In a 5 Km race how much start can Hemant give Pankaj, so that both reach the destination simultaneously?

5000-500=distance by deepak

500/4500 *100=(11 1/9)%=1/9 profit taken by hament on deepak for distance and for same time, it will be ratio of speed.
