In Hindi version C and D are interchanged. (Question:595835.0)

What kind of way of representing the question is this. Hell for hindi medium students. Worst site for hindi medium students. Faults everywhere.

Solution:

Conclusion (I) is neither stated nor implied in the question statement. Also, if someone becomes the highest run scorer in a tournament, it does not the guarantee, that he or she has scored maximum number of centuries. Hence, both the conclusions are invalid.
