If something is available in the ocean, it doesn't necessarily mean that it can be extracted easily

Question:
DIRECTIONS: Some statements are given, followed by some conclusions. You have to consider the statements to be true even if they seem to be at variance from commonly known facts. You have to decide which of the given conclusions, if any, follows from the given statements.
Statement : 

The oceans are a storehouse of practically every mineral including Uranium. But like most other minerals, it is found in extremely low concentration of about 3 grams per 1000 tonnes of water. 


Conclusions:

I.The oceans are a cheap source of Uranium.

Exactly, we can say that it is abundant etc. But it cannot be concluded that it is cheap. Extraction costs are unknown. Also, the fact that it is present in extremely low concentrations implies that extraction could be costly.

Easily = Cheap. Most extraction processes can go very expensive
