if north is called as means north - east (Question: 400450.0 )

our answer,here north will be means original north

Question:

If 'South - East' is called 'East', 'North - West' is called 'West', 'South-West' is called 'South' and so on, then 'North' will be called-

Options:
A) East
B) South
C) North - West
D) None of these
Solution:
Ans: (c) North - West

In diagram (i) the directions are shown as they actually are. Diagram (ii) is as per the given data. So, comparing the direction of North in (i) with that in (ii), North will be called North-west.

The given answer is correct.
They have asked what is north called, north will be called north west.
If they would have asked what will be called north , then answer would have been north east.
