The answer can be C and E both. Any of them can be opposite to D according to the question.

Question:

Dear Student,

If we compare the figure 1 and 2. A and D is adjacent of F in image 1 and thus A and D placed in figure 2, A can't opposite to F thus it comes opposite to E. So required answer is option C.

@prashant yes on comparing 1st and 2nd figure, we can say that the alphabet opposite to D can be either C or E. Both are possible
