i didnt understand (Question: 430635.0 )

Can u plz explain how 24%*(4/3)=32

Question:

Fresh fruit contains 76% water and dry fruit contains 25% water. How much dry fruit can be obtained from 100 kg of fresh fruit?

75% = 100kg which is 4/3 then we find fresh fruit so 4/3 is multiply in 24.
