if we pur x=4 nd y=2 then this option is wrong

If a = \(\sqrt[3]{xy}+\cfrac{1}{\sqrt[3]{xy}}\), then the value of a3 – 3ay – x is —
Options:
A) \(\cfrac{y^2}{x}\)
B) \(\cfrac{x^2}{y}\)
