Solution:

13 + 23 + 33 + ........ + 1003 

=  \(\left ( \cfrac {100 \times101}{2} \right )^2\)

= (5050)2

= (+4)2

= 16 is the remainder

As (5050)^2 is not divisible by 19
and to get the remainder we'll
add (4)^2 then it will become (5054)^2
now it is completely divisible by (4)^2
so the answer is 16.
