bhai..iska reason ye h ki..ki aap devide krk 1/2 to le aoge..but real m wo aapka remainder in hoga qki..aapne jis factor s numerator aur denominator ko cut kra h ..remainder laane k liye end m usi facotr s multiply bhi karna hoga..so at the end you will to multiply 1 by 81 ..and you will get the same ans...

3^2 / 162 , remainder is 9
3^3/162 , remainder is 27
3^4 / 162 , remainder is 81

and given 3^164 / 162
It can be expressed in power of 4 , 3^4(41) / 162
Therefore remainder is 81.
