How was the outer radius of the platform assumed to be 10..

Question:
A well of radius 5 m and 14 m deep is dug  and the earth taken out is spread around it  and thus a platform of breadth 5 m is formed. What will be approximate height of the platform ?
Options:
A) 2.3 m 
B) 4.7 m
C) 5.6 m 
D) 11.2 m

5 inner from which the earth is dug out ....and 5m wide platform

The breadth of the platform is 5m and and the inner radii is 5m so,if u consider it as a hollow cylinder.. then outer radii will be 10m
