How can no of sphere's be in decimal. (Question: 274685.0 )

Have you all gone mad? At least apply some brains before framing question. You run after aspirants to take credit for their success only, act professionally while providing test series. We have paid for good and not for this goof up.

Question:

A solid metal sphere is melted and smaller spheres of equal radii are formed 10% of volume of the sphere is lost in the process. The smaller spheres have a radius, that is  19   th the larger sphere. If 10 l of paint were needed to paint the larger sphere, how many litres are needed to paint all the smaller spheres?
