Ans: (b)

While typing we have to take –

1 to 9 = 9

9 to 99 = 90 × 20 = 180

100 to 999 = 900 × 3 = 2700

1000 = 4

Total = 9 + 180 + 2700 + 4 = 2893 keystrokes
