We take the distance between X and Y = D
First case when A travel from X to Y and meet with D, A turn back thus distance travel by A is (d+11)
In case of B it is travel 11 km from its place if total distance is d, distance travel by B = (d-11).
Same method apply for case B and C both travel from B to C we get their distance respectively d+9 and d-9.
here Given ration A:C thus we put the A:B*B:C
See in the solution ,.,
After that we Comparing A:C = A:B*B:C.
we put the all values and solved it
we get a quadratic equation,
d^2-100d+99=0
we get two values 1 or 99.
Keep learning keep solving
