can anyone please explain how the height has been derived?

The largest cone is formed at the base of a cube of side 3.5 cm. Find the ratio of volume of cube to cone is —

since it is on the base of cube you need to assume that cone will form inside of cube and hence it will have 3.5 cm height. but yes it need to b mentioned in question
