The option c will be correct only when 'going to the party' is used. Here 'going the party' has been given which is incorrect.
If C is incorrect then A is the nearest correct answer

answer(c) is correct.
Because in indirect spech, "You" or "are you" is not used.
We have to address someone in an indirect manner.
Thus
Dinesh asked Eliza weather she was going to the party next day.

correct...so option a is more apt
