Dear Student,
Short Solution:
A=2B
3B=2C
A:B:C=4:2:3
Total empty in one minute =9
Then total capacity =9*(6hr 40minute) =9*20/3
A emptied 4 in one minute then total time taken by A=9*(20/3)/4=15hr
