Gender or CND Option is wrongly used (Question: 210240.0 )

Firstly, Name doesn't suggest the Gender like all students saying.

Secondly if you wanna keep siya as Female then you should remove the Cannot be Determine option,

Kindly rectify the Question or Answer

Introducing a boy, Sia says, “He Is the grandson of my father. I have no siblings.” How Is Sia related to the boy?

Options:
A) Aunt 
B) Grandmother
C) Mother
D) Cannot be determined 
Solution:
Ans:(C)  The boy is the grandson of Sia’s father. Sia has no siblings.

This is actual question of SSC-2016 exam, here sia is a female's name thus sia is consider as a female.
