Let me know if I m understanding correctly .

Here 33.33 Of profit is the amount which is getting shared in the ratio 17:13 for which one partner is getting more money. And the rest 66.66 is divided equally right?

Question:

Two partners invest Rs.17000 and Rs.13000 respectively in a business and agree that 66 23   % of profit should be divided equally between them and the remaining profit is to be treated as interest on capital. If one partner gets Rs.532 more than the other. Find the total profit made in the business.

Correct, 33.33% of the total profit is divided in the ratio 17:13. Rest equally!!!
