May I know who did accompany you to the railway station?
Options:
A) whom did accompany you
B) who did you accompany 
C) who accompanied you
D) No improvement 
Solution:
Ans: (c)

Two question tags are not used together. Since the question starts with 'May' , 'did' will not be used further in the sentence.

"who" is a relative pronoun here and the question mark coming because of "May" in starting.
