Solution:
Clearly, the meaning of the given symbols

X ϕ Y - Z ⇒ X < Y = Z

Using the proper notations/symbols in option (c), we get

X + Y × Z ⇒ X ≠ Y > Z ⇒ X < Y = Z

Therefore, X ϕ Y - Z ⇒ X + Y × Z.
